OBJECTIVES
To create well rounded swimmers with the ability to compete at National level competition.
QUALIFICATION
1x Qualifying time for British or English Summer meet.
OR
3 x Automatic Qualifying times for NW Regionals in variety of events.
13 years + (Guidance Only)
Please note: qualifying times must be achieved by the relevant competition closing date.
SWIMMING GALAS
Swimmers will be expected to compete in the following:
Club Championships, Cumbria County Champs, NWR championships, National Champs, Arena League and as advised by your coach.
TRAINING TIMETABLE
Swimmers MUST maintain pool training sessions and land based training sessions it is important to maintain attendance to ensure swimmer development, please advise your coach/swim manager of any absence.

Saturday 8:00 - 9:30am
Training Performance
Individuals are committed to a positive work ethic, maintaining performance levels at all sessions and be capable of managing the demands of training in a high performance environment.
ATTITUDES
Swimmers are expected to take personal responsibility for competition performance and of their swimming through feedback from coaches and peers using a varied approach to learning.
Swimmers are expected to understand and maintain a Respect for other swimmers, coaches, members, volunteers and officials as well as other facility users. They understand they are representing the club at all times and to abide by the Clubs code of conduct.
Swimmers are expected to act as MENTORS to younger swimmers within the club.
COMMITMENT
Swimmers are requested to represent and be available for Carlisle Aquatics Team events if selected and swimming at multiple levels of competition as recommended by the Squad coach/Swim Manager.
Carlisle Aquatics uniform must be worn at all competitions unless advised otherwise.
