Indoor swimming pools in England have been given the green light to reopen to the public on Sat 25th July 2020 and we are delighted to welcome you back to training.
Despite this excitement, we are all aware that training sessions will be very different to how they were before lockdown. Please see our guidance on our COVID-19 page.

Swimming
We meet at The Pools, James Street, Carlisle most evenings, early mornings and Sunday afternoons, catering for all abilities from ASA Stage 8 learners to those who wish to compete at the highest levels.
Water Polo
We currently cater for Junior water polo only, coaching takes place on Sunday afternoons.
Masters
We also have a thriving Masters' section, (16 & over) whose members range from those who wish to swim in a structured session for fitness, triathletes and some who compete in (and win) Masters' World Championships. Masters swim on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
